Answer
A cycle is considered completely normal if it is 21-35 days from the first day of your period until the first day of your next period. The average length is 28 days.If your last period started on March 31 and the next one started on May 1, then you have a 32 day cycle. Ovulation occurs fourteen days before the start of your period. Therefore, you ovulated on cycle day #18 (fourteen days before cycle day #32). Concentrate on having sex on cycle day #17,18,19, or 20 each month. You can buy an ovulation predictor kit to be more accurate.
