Bloody Mucus After Miscarriage: What to Expect?

I am a 24 year old woman that has a beautiful healthy two year old boy. no complications with getting pregnant with him at all. I just had my second miscarriage sept. 29th. I started my period right on schedule October 29th. Usually my cycle is about four days long. I am working on day ten and still have bloody show in my cervical mucus everyday. its not enough to get on my underwear. I was wondering if this was normal? would like to be well in tune to my body so that we can try to conceive again. Will I even ovulate this cycle?

I am so sorry for your loss. It sounds like it is not that unusual what you are having. It might be just some leftover tissue from the miscarriage. I do think it might be a good idea to call your doctor though. You should check how long he wants you to wait to try again and whether the spotting is normal for you. He or she also might want to refer you to a more high risk MD who can figure out you are having miscarriages. Good luck to you!!
