On average, most women feel symptoms of pregnancy roughly 3-4 weeks after conception. A small percentage will feel it immediately after conception, within a couple of days, again thats pretty rare.

And ofcourse, we have all heard of some people whom has gone a full 9 month pregnancy, and never even knew they were pregnant. Again, its rare, but it has happened :)
