At 16 weeks post C-Section, your body has healed from the surgery. I don't think that pink spotting, which indicates a very small amount blood in your vaginal discharge, is anything to worry about.

Walking for just one mile, is not very strenuous on your body, so I doubt that you have over-taxed your body. But if you start to bleed heavily, or develop a fever, you should consult with your OBGYN.

What you describe as ovarian pain, might be the case, or it might be digestive, or muscular, in nature. If this pain continues, or gets more severe, you should have this evaluated by your OBGYN too.
