I felt a lot of pain afterwards like during it felt like he went a little too deep. but hes been doing it before. but now i am bleeding like i have my period and have lower ab pain and a little pain in the rectal area. I dont know what i should do

Answer
While you may be healed enough for it not to be dangerous for you to have sex, that whole area may still be tender- your cervix in particular. Orgasms can cause your still-tender cervix to bleed.  If you're having unprotected sex, the hormones in the semen may also be triggering mild uterine contractions and softening the cervix a bit, which can also cause bleeding. However, it could also be that you are on your period now, especially if you haven't had a period since your lochia subsided.

If you start running a fever, you should schedule an appointment with your doctor immediately as this could be a sign of a cervical infection. Also, if you are bleeding profusely (very heavy flow) or if the blood has a bad odor, you should also schedule an appointment immediately. If you're soaking about a menstrual pad an hour and feel faint, you should call an ambulance as you may have a postpartum hemorrhage.

If it continues to bother you, or the bleeding or the pain continue or get worse, I recommend you call your doctor's office. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Best wishes!
Helen =)
