I had my period two weeks ago like normal 3 to 5 days long. And for the past three days I've been spotting light pink and red blood after i wipe.. is this a sign that im pregnant?

This is not a sign of pregnancy. Puberty brings a lot of hormonal changes; It is not uncommon at all for girls who are just starting menstruation to have spotting after period. Many girls don't start having regular periods until they are in their twenties or even their thirties, and are used to having spotting after period in their teenage years. If you have already gone through puberty, this is not something to worry about just yet. If you continue to spot after your period then go and see your doctor.
