Post-Miscarriage Pain & Concerns: What to Do?

i had a miscarriage 5 weeks ago, i was very ealy about 3/4 weeks, i bleed and was in pain for 8 days its now been 5 weeks i had a one day period weeks after nothing else but now my bellys gone hard and am in pain feels like bad period pains, whats going on x

I'm really sorry for your loss.

If you are still experiencing pain I would recommend you consult your doctor. It is possible you have not had a complete miscarriage, and you may need a D&C. It may be nothing, and your body just hasn't adjusted, but with pain continuing for so long after it is best to have it checked.
