Persistent Internal Pain with Normal Tests: Exploring Potential Causes & Solutions

Question
Hi- thanks for volunteering. I'm writing because I have internal pain and all my tests are coming back normal. I guess I'm looking for some out of the box thinking type suggestions. I'm 44, female, 50 lbs over weight. I'm being treated with Lexapro for stress and anxiety. I have had no problems there for months now. I'm a single mom going to school at night after work and my son just this year outgrew several childhood problems.

For the last 3-4 weeks my regular Dr and the GI specialist she sent me to have been investigating gall bladder problems. I'm in pain! Under the right rib cage and around the back of the ribs. An x-ray says no stones. An ultrasound says no stones, slightly fatty liver. CAT scan says normal. CCK-HIDA scan says normal. I'm wriitng today because I'm home from work today with a new level of pain- no fever. I have an appt in 4 days with my GI internist who's out of town.

Any ideas what's happening to me? I expected they would find like 5 ulcers from my past stress! Oh, by the way, my Gyno is waiting to get all this handeled so he can do a hysterectomy because of cervex fibroids and endometriosis on my tubes. Pain there too, but it's different and not fatal. I feel like a walking disaster- any advice for what they could be checking for?
Thanks for your time,
Lisa

Answer
Any ideas what's happening to me? Yes, you can be having gallbladder sludge from too much starch and sugar in your diet.

Yes, if you cut out the plant oils and the gluten starch you may clear both problems.
