Questionthank you for taking the time to write...my fiance seems to have a problem with his scrotum...what appears to be water is leaking and dripping onto his clothes...this is the second time he has presented with this problem...he is overweight and I thought maybe that was a reason...have you ever heard of this and where do we go...his doc has no answer except overweight.

It sounds like simple Scrotum Perspiration to me - I would suggest looking for boxers which allow more air to circulate and keep the scrotum cooler.
