CT Scan Results Explained: Understanding Cancer of Unknown Primary & Stomach Findings

Question
here are findings of my husbands CT scan can you please put in English what this means??  He has cancer of unknown primary.  It states:
Normal bilateral renal parenchymal enhancement.  No hydronephrosis.  The stomach is only partially distended with contrast.  There is a thin somewhat linear outpouching of contrast arising from the greater curvature of the stomach projecting toward the left.  There is also a small air droplet within this collection of contrast.  This focal outpouching of contrast may extend through the wall of the greater curvature of the stomach and is worrisome for either a diverticulum or ulceration.  Ulceration within a gastric mass is a consideration, although no definite mass is identified.

There are multiple small soft tissue nodules seen scattered throughout the mesentery of the entire adbomen with a small amount of ascites identified adjacent to the right lobe of the liver and within the lower pelvis.  Findings are consistent with omental or peritoneal mestastatic implants.  Stool and gas can be seen throughout the colon.  There is questionable mild thickening in the region of the proximal sigmoid colon: however, no obvious colonic mass.

Urinary bladder is partially distended and unremarkable.  Small fat containing left inguinal hernia.

Thank you

Answer
normal kidneys, no kidney swelling; stomach partly filled with the dye; there is something in the stomach, possibly a cancer, with a sore (ulcer) in it and possibly spreading of cancer through the upper abdomen in the tissue that connects the intestines together. the lower sigmoid colon (near the rectum) thickening prob means nothing.  It sounds like there is something bad in the stomach....
