What this means in essence, is that you have arthritic changes of your spine, a small amout of disc material is bulging and pressing on the spinal cord, but not enough to do damage. The reference to nerve roots means that some of the disc material is pressing on the nerves exiting the spinal cord which MAY cause symptoms down your right leg. All in all this can be treated conservatively with medicines, physical therapy and good back care and exeercises. If it worsens then you should see a neurosurgeon for further evaluation.
