Understanding Cerebral Aneurysms: Location and Headache Symptoms

Question
i read that most cerebral anuerysms come from the circle of willis, my question is where is the circle of willis located?  is it possible to have a headache about 2 inches above the right ear and 2 inches back to be a anuerism, that has been on-going for 6 months now and disappears for a month or so and comes back. the pain is VERY localized and intermittent.

Answer
Michael,

A headache anywhere on the skull can be a sign of an aneurysm or other type of headache (tension, migarine, cluster, tumor, ...)

For a picture of the Circle of willis visit:  http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/images/ency/fullsize/18009.jpg

Have a neurologist work you up for this problem.
