Understanding Erectile Dysfunction: Causes, Treatments & Resources

Hi,
I was just wondering what is the best nasal spray I can use for impotance?
What causes this and how else can I treat it? Is there anybody I can talk to about this?

impotence is caused by decreaesd blood flow to the penis... unable to get an erection..... we use viagra, cialis, levitra pills, or muse suppositories that go inside the penis, or injections in the base of the penis.  I don't know of any nasal sprays that help this condition.
