I apologize for the lateness of my response. I've been ill for the past few days.
I'm afraid that I'm unfamiliar with that term If you can tell me in what context it was used, that might give me a hint. There are numerous colloquial and  folk terms as well as misunderstood pronunciations used to describe medical problems. A "kissing spine" might fall into one of those.
