I was wondering if there are any medical illnesses that have similar symptoms as pregnancy symptoms.

nausea, vomiting (morning sickness) -- ulcers, reflux, stomach virus', urinary tract infections

belly enlargement-- plain old weight gain, hydatiform mole, tumors- ovary, uterus, etc.
