Hardened Veins in Arms: Causes, Symptoms & What to Do

Labs are unable to draw blood work from either of my arms and said that my veins have hardened. i do have lumps in my arm veins and they are even having a hard time putting in an IV. my hands do swell up and feel very tight. what do i do and is it something i need to worry about

There are a lot reasons people get "bad veins."  If they have hardened, I wonder about blood clots in the veins... there are some genetic reasons that people get blood clots.  There is no reason to worry except the next time that you have to have an IV or give blood for testing......
