I lost my plug 2 days ago and wanted to know if it is safe to have sex after this has happened?

Hello Lisa,

I would think that it would be safe to continue having sex up until your water breaks.  You may want to use a condom just in case to prevent an infection.  Usually if you lose your plug it means you'll go into labor anywhere between 24-48 hours or maybe even as long as a week.
Sex may actually help get that started!  I wish you the best and take care!
