IUD Removal & Post-Removal Ovulation/Pregnancy Concerns

I had my IUD(Merina) removed on Sept. 24th. I bleed for two weeks after off and on. When I stopped I used an ovulation kit to see when I ovulated.  According to the strip I ovulated the week of Oct. 13-17th, with the 15th being my "ovulating day".  I had intercourse on the 13th and the 16th.  I tested the 30th.  It is possible that I could be pregnant or is it possible that I could have an ovarian cyst.  I have a missed period (oct.31st) but have had some bloating and cramping every once in a while.

Hi Debboe,

If you ovulated on the 15th and had sex on the 13th then yes there is a chance you are pregnant. I recommend that you take a home pregnancy test now that you have missed your period.
