Understanding Post-Misoprostol Bleeding & Pregnancy Concerns

I was suppose to see mensuration on the 22 of march and I had some cramps and discharge on the 20 dat lasted till abt 23 so I did a pregnancy test and found out it was positive,since I did nt want the baby I took mistoprostol and up till now I am still spotting does it mean the baby is no longer there cos I have done an ultrasound and they said my uterus is slighty bulky but saw nothing inside the uterus..I am confused cos I still have bitter mouth taste,sick with my tummy,n fatigue.I have gone 2 see a decent doctor and she did some test on me and another u/s and still said my womb was ok and nothing was inside and it was slighty bulky.but since 2nd of this month I have been bleeding moderately it started like a brown colored blood and now it is bright red and flowing well and I don't feeling any cramps and pains,just headaches guess is bcos I am losing blood but I did a pregnancy test and d positive line is still very strong,pls  I am confused,what could be the problem""

You need to have an ultrasound to see if the pregnancy is still there.  You need to know how many weeks pregnant you are and find a facility to provide a safe abortion.
