Early Pregnancy Concerns: Bleeding and Possible Miscarriage?

Hi, me and my partner have been trying for a baby since 4th of january and on 23rd of jan i started bleeding it just seems like a heavy period. Have i had a misscarrige or could i still be pregnant? Thanks

I hope that you already have some good news, I am sorry it has taken me a few days to respond.

The only sure way to find out if you are still pregnant is to do a pregnancy test.
