i am kamal.i had a unsafe intercourse with my girlfriend before 3weeks
and she got pregnant.i have given her MTPROST KIT before 2 days.Now
she is feeling too much pain in  her stomach..But there is not any
bleeding.i love her alot she is 24 years old.We can't share this with
anyone.She allready had surgical abortion before one year...so plz
guide me wat i can do for her now..2 days have been gone.when the
abortion periods will start..is it save.i am very tense plz guide me..

Thank you so much for writing. The MTPROST kit contains very dangerous medications, so if she hasn't taken everything yet, she shouldn't. These medications could kill her. If she is only 3 weeks pregnant, the medications may not cause an abortion. If not, it's very important that you make sure she doesn't take any more dangerous medications. And by the way, I have tried to talk to the pharmaceutical house in India about how they are hurting women, but they don't care, and they ignored me.

If she used any medication in her vagina, please be very alert to the possibility she could develop a massive infection. If she starts to show signs of this (other than fever, which she probably won't experience), get her to the hospital emergency room and ask them to look for Clostridium sordellii. She may have only hours to live.

If she starts bleeding heavily, she could bleed to death. Again, she needs immediate medical attention. In the meantime, encourage her to eat spicy foods that have hot red peppers in them. It may help.

What part of India do you live in? If you live in southern India, I may be able to find some help for her. She will need to go to a decent doctor, who will treat the problems she is developing. If you are in northern India, I may be able to help, but I have to do some research. But she very much needs to see a doctor, not one who will help her harm herself further.
