QuestionMe and my girlfriend had unprotected sex on 7 of july..her period were due on 25 of july but she missed it..She took a pregnancy test using prega news and tested positive..After that on 12 or 13 of august i gave her a MTP kit and she complained of bleeding and little blood clots discharge and she is still bleeding..I asked her for a gynae visit but she is refusing as she wants this completely confidential.I just want to know now if there is any way to check whether she is still pregnant or not..Will prega news be OK ? And what future complications she can suffer? Should i go to a doctor?

It is very difficult to keep an abortion completely confidential when a woman has complications. This is especially true if the abortion kills her. And those pills are dangerous, and they CAN kill her. You should leave her alone. It doesn't surprise me she is still bleeding. These pills stop the hormones that control a woman's bleeding. In fact, women in India are bleeding to death after taking this kit. For now, she should get some red hot pepper into her body, either in food, or as a supplement called "cayenne". This may help control the bleeding.
Because of when she took the pills, there is a chance they didn't do anything but make her bleed. If she is still pregnant, leave her alone! She shouldn't have to risk her life. Yes, she should go to a doctor. It wouldn't help for you to go to a doctor. :) You need to find one who knows abortion is wrong and dangerous.
If she took any pills vaginally, the doctor needs to test her for Clostridium sordellii. If she has it, they should start immediate aggressive treatment, because once a woman develops symptoms of an infection, they may not be able to save her life. Also, she needs to watch the bleeding very closely, and if it is too heavy, she needs to have medical treatment for that. She will also be much more likely to get breast cancer as a result of the abortion, if she isn't still pregnant. She needs to have regular thermograms. She should not have a mammogram, because these can spread cancer. I recommend Vitamin D3 (5000IU a day, and the blood needs to be tested to make sure a woman doesn't overdose), and Resveratrol. Since this form of breast cancer is so deadly and can strike while a woman is still young, she needs to start being vigilant now. The doctor will also need to check and see if she is still pregnant, and whether the baby is OK.
She can use the prega news again, but it may still show positive, even if she is no longer pregnant. It takes awhile for the hormones to go back to the non-pregnant state. Testing once a week can show if the hormones are increasing or decreasing.
Please take care of her. She deserves better than abortion. There are better answers. Even though she wants to keep the situation confidential, she will be much better off if she leaves her body alone. If she is still pregnant, she can put the baby up for adoption. There is a home in India that will let her stay during her pregnancy to help keep it confidential. But please keep in mind that a complication can kill her, and the medical care required can be very expensive. It's not worth it. Keep her safe.
