AnswerThere is really no way you can know. Her medical records are private, and there is no physical difference between a natural miscarriage and an induced miscarriage.
The only thing you can do is try to talk to her and ask her to be honest. If you're going to marry her, you're going to have to trust her. Why would she lie to you? If she is afraid to tell you the truth, then doesn't that indicate that you need to work on your relationship before you get married?
