Post-Abortion Period & Pregnancy Concerns: What to Expect

Hope you are fine. i want to ask few questions. hope to have your reply soon.
Q#1
I had my abortion at 26th March 2012 and till now i have not got my periods. I did bleed but very less. i had severe nasea after procedure. I started vomitting a lot that i got some blood in vomits. After 4 to 5 hours of procedure i was on drips of gulocoze. when will i get my first period and what if i do not get period?

On very next day of this procedure I had my blood pregnancy test. and it was +ve. so still am I pregnant? As far i have studied HCG Level remains in mother's blood stream for three to four months. That means its useless to say anything about this test.

on 2nd April 2012 i had ultrasound and i got "Normal Pelvic Scan" No gestational Sac. As far as i studied getstional sac is present in pregnant woman. So am I still pregnant or not as i had no getational Sac as per Ultrasound report?
Q#4 this is the most crtical question. My stomach is increasing outward day by day after procedure. I look like pregnant. I feel very hungry at times. when i eat any meanl my stomach comes out like I am three or four months pregnanat. I want to know why is this happeneing? and how can I get rid of this big stomach. i need your support in this regard. hope to have your valueable and explained answer. as i am much stressed out that what is my condition right now.

It takes 4-6 weeks and sometimes up to 8 weeks to get a period after an abortion.
If the ultrasound showed no gestational sac, you are not pregnant. You need to walk and exercise to get rid of the stomach.  Also make sure you are having normal bowel movements.  So you are not pregnant.
