Understanding Pregnancy After Abortion & Birth Control

Hi i recently had an abortion done july 6 2009. A week later i had uunprotected sex but he used the withdrawal method. 2 weeks later i went for my check up and the pregnancy test was negative but she told me i should take another in 2 weeks. After that day we've been having unprotected sex using that method and i started the pill on july 28th. On august 20 i started spotting very very lightly since my abortion. On the 22nd we had sex but he came inside me (i had already stopped taking the pill more than a week  b4 that). Now my breast are beggining to feel sore and im worried i mite be pregnant again. Please help me. (and yes im keeping it if i am pregnant again)

Thanks for your question and comments. You could very well be pregnant as the withdrawal method is not reliable at all. It doesn't sound like you took the pill consistently so yes, you do have a chance of pregnancy. The symptom also sounds like you could be positive.
