have not had a period had a medical abortion on march 21 took 9 pregnancy test all came back positive with a faint line

Sometimes after a medical abortion a little bit of decidua
rests in utero and may produce some pregnancy hormone. The test than is not absolutely negative. Periods after an abortion are often very irregular; sometimes for several month. Taking the contraception pill regulates periods again.
