Gel vs. Acrylic Nails: Which is Best for Your Nail Health?

I have always worn Acrylic Nails but have heard that Gel Nails are better for you actual nails. When you remove Gel Nails, do they do as much damage as Acrylics do?!?!

There should never be any damage to your nails regardless of what type of enhancements you use, the damge comes from the nail tech and not the product applyied. So if you don't what to damage your nails search for a more qualifies nail tech.
