QuestionHello, I'm a fellow Montrealer that's desperate to find a school/teacher to teach how to do resin nails, and I'm failing left, right, and center to find anything in Montreal. I was wondering if by any chance you would know where I might be able to find such a course, without having to do the whole cosmetology programs! Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

The school you would be looking for is "France Lecuyer". It so happens that I'm a montreal resident too, and that's where I went.
However, I would advise that you take an Acrylics course instead. There is much more call for Acrylics. Resin's are easier and cheaper to do, but most places end up charging the same amount for resin's as they do for acrylics AND resins are not as strong and options are limited. Having said that, the clientel usually prefers acrylics to resins, and so there's less demand for resins. I know, because that's how I started.
My advice is to take the acrylics course, then self teach yourself the resin's later if you really want the course that bad. And you could also add a UV gel course later as well. UV Gel, in my opinion, is also easier than acrylics and once you know the harder one, it's easier to learn the other two.
