I always seem to see the lines when i do a refill.
I file and file and still see the line. Does using a product called line out really work?

It depends on what the line is. If it looks pink, then the nail has been over-filed. If you can see where the nail has lifted, then working on your prep of the nail is your best bet. Try using Orly Cutique(from Sally's) on the cuticle, wait 30 seconds and then push all 10 cuticles back. Use a clean towel to remove any excess product, then cleanse with 99% alcohol. I use a 180 or 240 grit file to etch the natural nail, and then a protein based primer. As for Line Out, yes, it does work. But if you solve the problem, you won't need it :)
