Preventing Scalp Bumps After Haircuts: Causes & Solutions

My son gets bumps real bad in his head and on the edge when he gets his hair cut.  He gets a bald fade and has tried just the tapered look but his head still bumps up.  Can you tell me what I  can put on his head or what type of hair cut he should get so he won't get the bumps.

Hello Jennifer My name is Cleao and I can answer this question there could be one of two reasons why this is happening or maybe even both well one some people have sensitive skin sounds like your son is one of them Do not let him get any type of fades for a while then try it again in a few months if it happens again it is his skin the second possibility, the barber is not sanitizing his tools properly make sure he is using the proper disinfecting sprays and he is using  them after every customer also that he washes his hands after each person I hope this helps!
