You were really too far along to take Cytotec. It's dangerous anyway, and can kill you. The fact that it worked at all probably means you would have had a miscarriage anyway.
If you do still have the placenta in your uterus, yes, it can cause a massive infection. You can try pulling on the cord GENTLY. Do NOT pull hard. If you are not sure of how much to pull, let the doctor do it. Pulling too hard could cause a hemorrhage. This is critically important. QUESTION: thank u for the answer.i didn't try to pull but it was out itself the next day.i have less bleeding now. im still observing myself this week.if i feel uncomfortable i will go to the doctor immediately but now im having slight contraction feeling..what does that mean and i notice that my breasts are growing big.is it normal?

You're welcome. It is good that it came out by itself. It would be wise to go to the doctor to make sure everything passed. The uterus normally contracts to expel any remaining material, so this is to be expected. You still have pregnancy hormones and probably will for several weeks, so it seems reasonable that your breasts would still be growing. There is nothing normal about having an abortion, so none of this is normal, just common.
The fact that your breasts are still growing, but will stop before the cells reach maturity, is a sign that, especially if this is your first pregnancy, you are now much more likely to get breast cancer. The cells are left in a particularly vulnerable state. If you have a close relative who has had breast cancer, you probably will get it. It will tend to strike before you are 40, and can strike as early as your 20's. For this reason, I recommend you take Vitamin D3 the rest of your life. You will have to have your blood tested periodically to make sure you are not deficient and are not getting too much. A good dose is about 5000IU a day. Also, take Resveratrol for the same reason. Get a regular thermogram. Do not get a mammogram, because it can cause or spread breast cancer.
