How to Avoid Lines in a Bald Fade: Barbering Tips for Beginners
QuestionQUESTION: Man I can not take the line out on the bald fade as well can you help me on my blending im currently in Barber School and im not receving the help i need there so HELP!!!
ANSWER: when fading any king of fade one thing to know is DO Not start with your smallest guard or blade in other words do not put a line in. A lot of people bald up to where they want to begin fading and that make it hard to take the line out. This is how I do it for example, if they want a skin fade with a 2 on top I cut the whole head with a 2 then where I am going to start my fade I go down to a 1 1/2 then a 1A and so on. Always start with the biggest guard or blade and go smaller, smaller smaller etc.. until you reach the lowest you are trying to go. That is the best way another way is clipper over comb and the "clipper roll" both is easier taught by watching can't really explain it. REMEMBER if you don't put a line in you don't have to take one out!

QUESTION: Can you pls give me pointers on giving that clean edge at all times or what secrets do you use I know barbers really don't share secrets but help can I really take cutting serious thanks
Answerwell to have a sharp clean edge up you need to use andis outliner trimmers preferably with the T-blade those are the grey ones the cut the best in most barber opinion. Also using the mirror will help you keep your lines straight always remember the mirror never lies! You can take barbering serious if this is what you want to do being a barber is very respectable. It will not make you rich it can, but 9 out of 10 won't but there is a lot of money in it and if you manage your money properly like with any job you can make a good living.
