Ring Identification: 10k Gold, Ruby/Garnet, IOFX Hallmark - Expert Appraisal

I have a ring that is yellow gold and either ruby or garnet it is a four pronged ring but the prongs connect at the top bottom and sides not at the corners like a normal ring would, on the inside it has 10k and a hallmark IOFX. I have searched the internet but cant find out who or when it was made. Please any help would be appreciated!

Hello Caryl and thank you for your inquiry. So far I have not been able to locate a manufacture with this logo or name. Could it possibly be an organizational or fraternal ring ? I'll keep checking and if I find anything I will get back with you. Sorry I couldn't be of help in this one.
