Actually - nothing. There is no central registry of makers marks and manufacturing jewelers around the world do not have to comply with British European or American standards anyway.

It is a simple truth that anyone can make and mark jewelry anyway they want.

These sound like a Makers Identification or Store or design marks, but as they are stamped in Silver, would be even less likely to be recorded anywhere.
