Identifying a Titanium & White Gold Diamond Ring: Appraisal Advice

A few years ago I was given a ring that was described to me as a titanium and white gold diamond ring. I have had the diamonds checked and they are real. There is, however no hallmark, just the inscription ' titanium dia'. Is it possible that it is white gold and titanium despite the lack of a hallmark and if this is the case how can i certify it?
