Identifying Jewelry Mark T950: Maker & Metal Verification

i have purchased a fabulous large cuff bracelet & matching earrings they are a silver color and marked T950 can you please help me to identify the maker.thank you

T means The Initial of the manufacture and it should read T925 otherwise have the metal tested.
