Hello J Spinelli and thank you for your inquiry. The mark on your ring could be the initials of the manufacturer or the design or line of jewelry.  It could also be the initials of the original owner. When only initials are present with no other markings, identification is difficult. I have not been able to locate a manufacturer mark "PO" in any of my resources. If you know where the ring was purchased you may be able to get some information there.  Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance but enjoy your ring.
