Identifying 1847 Rogers Bros. Jewelry: Silverware & Beyond

I have aquired a small ring with the above inscription quite visible inside the band. All web sites refer to their silverware manufacturing. I can't find anything on jewelry.

Hello Jeanie and thank you for your inquiry. Many of the silver flatware companies made jewelry items to go with their silver patterns. Some were  referred to as spoon rings, bracelets or pendants. Most of them were signed the same as the flatware i.e. 1847 Rogers Bros. you might check some of the silver patterns at replacements.com for one that matches your ring. Hope this helps !
