Identifying Your 18K Gold Diamond Essence Ring: What You Need to Know

Hi, i was cleaning some drawers and came across this ring.  All i know is that the box says 'Diamond essence TM' and the inside of the ring says '18K spark'.  I also know it is 14K gold.  If you could tell me anything else about the ring, that would be greatly appreciated.

According to the box it sounds like it was made in the US. The 18K mark in the ring sounds like 18K vs 14K.

Unfournately to evaluate the ring further I would need to see it in person.
