Questionhi, im 17 5'4'' and 115 lbs. ive have recently gained 10 lbs and hope to go back to my normal weight of 105lbs.
this weight began when i bagan eating whole boxes of granola bars and ice cream.
if i go on a 1500 cal per day diet and excersie for 20 mins for 4 days a week, how long will it take me to lose the weight? and is there any thing i could do about the appearance of my inner thighs?

You need to breathe hard 30 minutes a day, everyday. Not necessarily all at the same time - 10 minutes x 3 is fine.
Forget the calorie counting, when you get what you need, you don't over eat. You were eating flavored packing material instead of food. Pay attention to quality and quantity takes care of itself.
