1943 Silver & Tiger Eye Bracelet: Is It an Antique?

Bracelet I have a bracelet that is silver and tiger eye.
It was made in Hong Kong and bought in 1943 by my father, when he was station there. It's very unique the silver between the tiger eye is Chinese writing symbols. I have read that tiger eye is not worth much, but could it be considered an antique?
