14K opal bracelet
Could you tell me if this bracelet is old. It has a wheat like chain and the opals look blue red and green. It is marked 585 on the lobster clasp with a hallmark. It has six opals.
AnswerHello Anita , thanks for your question , Its always difficult with assessment online , images are difficult to assess stones and jewelry , the style looks consistant with 40- 50s but I could be really wrong with that , the stones may be white cliffs opal which are predominantly white based with colour through , it may also be coober Pedy opal which is later , White Cliffs was one of the first Opal fields.
