I have a gold bracelet that dates back to 1915 and on
the inside it is stamped with 1/15. What does that mean?

It would be difficult for me to tell much about the bracelet without more information i.e. any other markings ? is it karat gold and how did you arrive at the date ? The 1/15 designation without any other markings could be a manufacturers design code. Let me know if you have any additional information that I can research.
