Authenticity of Vandell Gold-Filled Brooch with Pearls & Diamonds

I have a Vandell brooch with pearls and diamonds not sure if they are real of fake in gold. The shape is three loops at top with stones and a flower in center with pearl and leaves off the bottom. It has Vandell on the back with the numbers 2012 kgf, I am attaching a picture.

I assume you want to know if the strones are real or fake? Well the "kgf" stamp stands for gold filled and as you can see the piece is all tarnished. The stones are not real in a goldfilled piece But it is a real Vandell Brooch.
