does a old 200-300yrs 24k gold Chinese ring have valve? And as it get older, does the valve go up?  (great great grandpa ring)

The antiquity value may go up as the item ages, but that would depend on the quality, rarity, design and designer.  I suggest that since it is 24K gold you have it appraised by an estate jewelry professional preferably one with experience in oriental jewelry items. Check with your local museum or antique mall for a referral to someone qualified to appraise your ring and make sure they are reputable.  Always get a written receipt when you leave any jewelry item for appraisal.  Also take pictures of the ring before you have it appraised.
