Hello Madam Samantha My name is suojit i am 30yrs old and unmarried i am living with my parents i live in New Delhi India.i want to know that from where i should start i can't understand but i have to say that actually i want to know if i had a sexual problem in me then should i get married and after that i should say to my wife that i had a sexual problem or should i go for treatment and then i go for the marriage what should i do i don't understand what should be the correct solution taking steps to cure sexual problem and then go for the marriage or should i go for marriage and then go for treatment. please help me.

If you're not courting or in a relationship right now, then you should focus on your sexual problem now, rather than later.  At least this way you'll know what's wrong with you and you can see if you can take steps to fix your sexual issues before having to deal with marriage (b/c if you wait until marriage to fix it, then this could cause even more problems with a wife, etc).  It's better to check into what's wrong and to see if you can remedy the problem and then focus on a marriage, wife, etc.  Otherwise, as I said it can lead to more problems, frustrations, fights with a wife, etc.  Once you have that matter taken care of, then you focus on a wife and a marriage and being happy in life.  I hope this helps you some.
