Postpartum Complications After Cesarean Section: Causes & Relief

My wife had Cesarean, Now third Month starts but she is feeling the following:
1) After doing the house works, mostly at night she feels pain in the Calf
2) Pain in the Foot with Burning sensation.
3) Burning sensation on the Palm.
4) Now she said that her tongue some times move from itself without her control on it, Up and Down movement.

Please advise that these problems will go away with time, or there is some thing wrong.

Dear Sher,

I am not a doctor but these symptoms do not sound normal to me and I would strongly suggest you have your wife see a doctor perhaps the one that gave her the C-section and let them know what is going on she might have an infection.
