I used to get my periods regularly but after the birth of my now, soon to be 6 yr old, I was had 40 day cycles and now have not had a period for almost a year.
Like Jana, the other question you answered, I do not look thin at at all. I exercise 5 days a week for about an hour, doing mostly cardio.
Can you recommend a plan to gain wieght so i can mentruate again. I want to get pregnant. We did super ovulation and iui but that did not even work.
I want to gain wieght but not get too "soft."

Thank you for your question.
you can start eating more to gain weight.But eat the proper foods-more protein and carbohydrates.
Protein-turkey,tuna,chicken.
Carbs-pasta,potatoes,rice.
Workout with weights also to build more muscle.
Make sure to always keep hydrated.
