hi Jennifer!
   i actually have two questions. (i hope you dont mind.) the first one is, if you have a tattoo at the small of your back can you still get an epidural? and my second question is, what is the best time of the month to NOT get pregnant? thanks so much for your time! bye!

There is no time of the month to not get pregnant.  Every day of the month is a potential conception date even while on your period you can get pregnant.  As with the tattoo question I am not sure about this. You would have to contact an actual anesthesiologist for this.
