Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical doctor so please check in with your physician about your question. But yes, from the research I've done, you can get pregnant on the shot. You can get pregnant on any form of birth control except abstinence. That is the only 100% way of not getting pregnant.
In my opinion, the only methods that are not unhealthy are Natural Family Planning and condoms (not very effective).
